Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam once said that,
"why are we in India so embarrassed to recognize our own strengths, our achievements?
We are such a great nation. We have so many amazing success stories but we refuse to acknowledge them. Why?
'Ask what we can do for India and do what has to be done to make India what America and other Western countries are today".

Can we achieve it?
  •  We have every resources that are needed in our country, what is now is management of these resources (especially water).
  •  Most importantly we have 540 Mn youth.

How to ignite young minds?
  •  Confidence in people: The feeling that "I can do it, we can do it, society can do it, nation can do it" is.
  •  Make India Knowledge superpower.

Universities need to improve their syllabus to include new courses to enable people to be employment generators. People must be trained as employment generators rather than employment seekers. Build confidence in people to start enterprise. We need millions of enterprises. Banks should start a very friendly venture capital business.

"According to me, we have a great backlog. We are lagging in education and proper training. People do not have confidence and not much is being done to improve that. Until the minds of people are ignited. This cannot be achieved."
